Cancel & Exchange

Reservations made via DiveinFlights.com are 100% non-refundable except as otherwise defined by the Travel Service Provider. In the case of any cancellation rendered by the Travel Service Provider, you may receive a refund that is valid for any future booking made by DiveinFlights.com Such cancellations could also, warrant responsibility on the part of service providers. You will also be required to pay the premium difference on future bookings.

Please note that DiveinFlights.com does not guarantee any cancellations. In the case of any cancellation by the Platform, you, the User, will be completely liable for all charges and taxes arising from such cancellations.

Safe Booking

We will take all possible measures to secure your personal information. While no data storage system guarantees 100% privacy, we keep pace with any discussion you would like about personal data security. Although the 3-level booking process ensures that financial records and personal data are guarded inside our business, there will still be a situation where you would like to interact with us in this regard. Fee Payment

You could be charged a listing fee for exclusive listings on our website. DiveinFlights.com also maintains the right to charge transaction fees on finished transactions.

Without prior notice, we reserve the right to change any fee(s).

Please note that the consumer will be liable for any applicable fines, penalties, duty and taxes on the use/purchase of any goods and services through the website.

Harm, Loss, Property Stolen

DiveinFlights.com Or his staff, officer, representative, chief, agent shall not be liable for DiveinFlights.com

Any failure or loss to your valuables

Injury against any traveller caused by negligence on the part of the service provider

Delay, termination, adjustment in fare

Claim for natural catastrophe
